Terms and Conditions for NACLNC® Private Apprenticeship Prize Draw

The Prize Draw (the “draw”) is open to any legal resident of the United States, aged 18 or over (except employees or subcontractors of LegalNurse.com) who purchases any CLNC^® Certification System (Basic, Executive or VIP) during the contest period of December 18, 2018 through February 15, 2019 (a “qualified purchase”). Any qualified purchase will result in one contest entry. Only one entry will be entered per person/purchaser. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Please note that this draw is not open to persons who reside in states where local or state laws prohibit the promotion of, operation of or participation in a prize draw.

The prize includes registration/tuition for one NACLNC^® Private Apprenticeship only and does not include airfare, lodging, meals or other travel-related expenses. The NACLNC Private Apprenticeship must be attended in 2019 and no rainchecks will be allowed. The winner must hold valid CLNC^® Certification status or Student status at the time of the NACLNC Private Apprenticeship in order to attend said NACLNC Private Apprenticeship.

The prize cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative. Any taxes, costs, liabilities and unspecified expenses associated with the usage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning are determined by the total number of qualified purchases made during the contest period of December 18, 2018 through February 15, 2019.

The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, February 18, 2019 and will be notified of their prize by email and telephone on Monday, February 18, 2019 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to LegalNurse.com within fourteen (14) days of being notified by LegalNurse.com, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture for any reason, another winner will not be drawn.

The name of the winner can be obtained after February 18, 2019 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the following address: LegalNurse.com, 2726 Bissonnet St Ste 240 PMB 632, Houston, TX 77005.

The winner agrees to allow LegalNurse.com to use details of their name, prize and their likeness for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
