SCOPE OF LICENSE
The Online Programs are licensed and not sold. This Agreement only gives you limited rights to view any video recording(s) and/or listen to any audio recording(s) that encompass the Online Programs, view the accompanying presentations, if any, and print all or any associated portion(s) of the associated online textbook(s) or other text(s), if any. The Institute retains all other rights. You may use the Online Programs only as expressly permitted in this Agreement.

TERMINATION
The Institute reserves the right to terminate at any time, or from time to time, your rights to access all or any portion of the Online Programs, with or without cause, in the Institute's sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you. Reasons for any such termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of the Institute's End-User License Agreement and/or personal education licenses contained or referenced in any of the Institute's educational programs/products and/or misuse of any of the Institute's various trademarks, collective marks and/or service marks. Notwithstanding any other provisions in the Terms regarding grounds for suspension or termination of your rights to access the Online Programs, the Institute retains the absolute right of termination reserved under this paragraph. In addition, the Institute expressly reserves the right to terminate your rights to access the Online Programs at any time for violation of or noncompliance with these Terms or any portion thereof.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Please note: Access to the Online Programs herein are included for instructional purposes only and are included "as is." THE INSTITUTE AND THE AUTHORS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED THERETO INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY. THE INSTITUTE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN OR OMISSIONS FROM THE CONTENT OF THE ONLINE PROGRAMS OR THE QUALITY THEREOF.
THE INSTITUTE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS REPUTATION, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY OR RELATED TO USE OF THE ONLINE PROGRAMS.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES
The Institute does not provide technical or other support regarding use of the Online Programs. Questions regarding the content of the Online Programs should be directed to the Institute via the Mentoring Request process.
APPLICABLE LAWS
Texas state and federal intellectual property law governs the interpretation of this Agreement and applies to claims for breach of the same or misuse of Online Programs.
Title, ownership rights and all intellectual property rights in the Online Programs shall remain the property of the Institute. The Online Programs and their contents are protected by international copyright treaties.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
This End-User License Agreement is effective as of February 18, 2013. Our business changes constantly. Our End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy will change also, and information collected through the Institute's website is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is collected (unless you consent otherwise as to information related to you). You are advised to read the End-User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy (or such other page accessible by clicking the Privacy Policy link in the footer of this website) to see recent changes. The Institute will notify users of any changes to the End-User License Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy by posting the version of the End-User License Agreement and/or Privacy Policy containing such changes on this web page (or such other page accessible by clicking the Privacy Policy link in the footer of this website) and your continued use of this Online Programs and/or the Institute's website on or after such date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
