1. For CLNC^® Success Systems containing an online education component, you may return for a full refund within 30 days of invoice date.

2. To receive a refund or to transfer for the CLNC^® 6-Day Certification Seminar, the Institute must receive your written notice at least 15 days before the event. No refunds after a transfer. No transfers allowed more than one year after purchase.
