Withdrawing or Rescheduling the Exam
According to current policy of Prometric Testing Centers or Sylvan Technology Centers, you may reschedule an appointment or change testing sites without a penalty, provided you notify Prometric at least two business days before your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule your exam appointment, you must still take your examination within 90 days of your notification of eligibility or else forfeit all fees.
Withdrawals or rescheduling are permitted only up to two business days before the test appointment. After that, you must take the examination at the scheduled time or else pay an additional $150 to reschedule the exam. There are no exceptions to this policy for any reason.
