Cognitive Levels Tested on the CLNC® Certification Exam
The distribution of questions at the various cognitive levels are as follows:
Level 1: Knowledge/Comprehension 59%
Level 2: Application/Analysis 41%
Testing at cognitive levels above basic recall or comprehension indicates the candidate's
ability to identify problems, plan, implement and evaluate.
