Suzanne E. Arragg, RN, BSN, CDONA/LTC, CLNC
Suzanne Arragg is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Nursing in Los Angeles. Since 1985 she has held a wide variety of nursing positions. Her nursing background includes medical-surgical nursing, endocrinology, antepartum care, gynecology, oncology, high-risk obstetrics clinic, managed care, family practice, infection control and long term care.
Obtaining national certification as a director of nursing administration in long term care in 1998 sealed her commitment to long term care. To further her ability to educate and empower her nursing colleagues, she became a Certified Legal Nurse ConsultantCM. Suzanne has since founded SEA & Associates Medical Legal Consulting, Inc. Her firm provides consulting services to prestigious law firms nationwide and specializes in long term care malpractice, wrongful death, dependent adult and elder abuse litigation, and liability analyses.
Suzanne is a CLNC® Mentor, a member of the panel of experts for the Legal Nurse Consulting Ezine and a guest faculty member for Vickie Milazzo Institute.

Dale Barnes, RN, MSN, CLNC
Dale Barnes is an independent CLNC® with 26 years of nursing experience. She has extensive experience in oncology, home health and hospice, both clinically and administratively. Dale has served as an administrator of hospital home health, home infusion and hospice departments.
Since 1999, she has been an independent CLNC® and owner of Barnes Medical-Legal Services. Dale does a combination of plaintiff and defense work, primarily as a consulting expert. She also testifies as a medical fact witness.
Dale is a CLNC® Mentor and a member of the panel of experts for the Legal Nurse Consulting Ezine.

Dorene Goldstein, RNC, CLNC
Dorene Goldstein is an independent CLNC® with more than 18 years of nursing experience that includes high-risk obstetrics, operating room, oncology and medical-surgical nursing. She started her legal nurse consulting company in 2001. She has a wealth of experience with conducting successful attorney-client interviews and with exhibiting.
Dorene’s practice includes medical malpractice, personal injury and products liability cases for both plaintiff and defense. Dorene is a CLNC® Mentor, a member of the Legal Nurse Consulting Ezine panel of experts, and a guest faculty member for Vickie Milazzo Institute and for the NACLNC® Private Apprenticeship.

Debra Gross RN, MSN, CPC, CLCP, CLNC
Debra is a masters prepared nurse with over 26 years of various nursing experience. Her clinical experiences include critical care, coronary care and cardiac rehabilitation. She also has held the position of office manger at a multi-specialty out patient physician office. She currently is co-owner of Delor Legal Nurse Consultants LLC in Ohio. Her practice areas include Life care Planning, consulting on medical malpractice, criminal and personal injury cases, Medicare fraud and billing issues, chart audits, and conducting medical research.
Her main focus has always been education, as a teacher and student, and continues to teach advanced and basic life support in her free time. Debra has expertise in compliance, physician billing, Medicare and Medicaid billing and fraud issues. She is a certified physician coder, and audits and educates physician and non-physician practitioners in compliance, billing issues, and HIPAA. She is member of Sigma Theta Tau.

Jane Hurst, RN, CLNC
Jane Hurst has been a full-time Certified Legal Nurse ConsultantCM for over 14 years. Her primary concentration is medical malpractice. She has consulted on numerous cases that resulted in multimillion-dollar verdicts and judgments. Jane has extensive experience in locating and assisting attorneys with testifying experts as well as in working with managed care organizations.
Jane is a CLNC® Mentor, a member of the Legal Nurse Consulting Ezine panel of experts and a guest faculty member for Vickie Milazzo Institute.

Patricia W. Ross, RN, MSN, CLNC
Patricia W. Ross, RN, MSN, CLNC brings a 30-year history of active duty service in the United States Army to her CLNC® practice. Awarded the March of Dimes Excellence Award in Maternal Child Health for the US Armed Forces, Patricia is a well-known speaker on child abuse, domestic violence and women’s equality. In 2000, she founded Front Line Medical Legal Consulting Services and began her independent CLNC® practice. Her practice has grown exponentially with a clientele of plaintiff and defense attorneys. Patricia is a CLNC® Mentor and a guest faculty member for Vickie Milazzo Institute.
